Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to perform installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Install HVAC Systems: Install residential and commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, including ductwork, thermostats, and other components, according to specifications and industry standards.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines during installations and repairs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and support staff to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of years of experience as an HVAC Installer or Technician.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of HVAC systems, including split systems, packaged units, and ductless systems.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC principles, electrical systems, and refrigeration cycles.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), work in confined spaces, and perform tasks at heights or in varying weather conditions.
License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Tools: Must have own basic hand tools; specialty tools provided by the company.
